Almost all of the members at You Make Crossfit put off starting for at least six months. All would have started sooner if that was possible. Think about that. If you are currently putting off starting your weight loss journey (your fitness goals can be different, put them here), you are not alone on your weight loss journey. Ask yourself, “Why am I putting off starting”?
I’ll share some popular answers.
I need to talk to my partner.
I’m too busy now.
Working out is too hard, and I’m worried I might get injured.
I can do it on my own.
A gym is too intimidating.
As our relationship grows, my members feel comfortable talking about why they put off starting. The answer is fear. Fear that everyone would be so far ahead and be intense. Fear the atmosphere would be anything other than welcoming. Fear they wouldn’t see results and lose weight. The most important answer is, “I wish I had started sooner.”
