Another quick weight loss recipe that will make vegetables available immediately and for plenty of other meals during the week. These can also be combined with your protein source of choice.
2 Broccoli heads (Cut to your preference)
1 1/2 Cups Green beans (ends trimmed)
1/2 Cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1/8 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
4 tablespoon olive oil (optional) mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar
If you decide to use balsamic vinegar use very little as it is notoriously high in sugar
Garlic to taste
Salt and pepper
1-3 Lemons squeezed juice
Turmeric to taste (optional)
Mix all the ingredients minus the tomatoes on the pan and mix well. Put in the oven at 400 degrees. Take out after 20 minutes mix and add the tomatoes. Cook another 15-20 minutes.
Alternatively
You can also throw all this in an instapot with chicken and sweet potatoes and it is all ready in 10-12 minutes.
