He was moving fast. The decisiveness from the beginning was more impressive. John was visibly more comfortable picking a lighter weight for the daily challenge. Stronger hips and back were clear. The mental growth stands out. After almost three years of embracing new challenges, the effort continues to pay off. Measures of progress that don’t include weight. Even more impressive navigating the steady stream of life challenges and growing. There have been plenty of long days and weekends at work. It is inspiring to experience John’s confidence and amazement at what he can do.
