Get Beyond Intimidation and Weight Loss

Everyone walked in smiling and excitedly, sharing good morning greetings. Then proceeded to stare at the board for just a little too long. I have sensed this intimidation before. Gyms and weight loss can be intimidating not just in Chandler. I know this group. Taking on challenges is a habit built daily. We know the next step, get started.

The results were as expected. Janet, in her 60s, only gets better at double unders with a record number unbroken. Ana broke her record too. AJ excelled after one of the most challenging work months of the year for the Postal Service. The human spirit thrives off challenges. There are no exceptions you, I, all of us.
