I often wonder how active and fit I would be at age 80 or even 90. Would I still be able to do pull-ups, push-ups, and run? I see some on youtube doing pull-ups, push-ups, and running up mountains, just not in real life; it would be nice to have all that wisdom up close. I have Janet almost daily, and at 61, she impresses me and everyone else with her fitness. And it is a fitness that goes beyond improving her own life. The fitness I see makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Janet gives me hope because she embraces movements like squats and burpees, things that I do. I also work to help people. Also, eating well and just enough to maintain a healthy weight. Imagine how ahead of the curve Janet will be at 80. I’ll take a chance and say that if you are reading this.
